Unforgettable - The Revlon Event

Unforgettable Revlon - Robert introduces his new 13" Revlon doll (Shown Last Below: 13" Glamorous Red - New Sculpt on New 13" Fashion Body - LE200) as the event souvenir (and currently appearing on the newest issue of DollReader Magazine) - he complimented the tables with a 16" version centerpiece (Shown First Below: 16" Glamorous Red - Breathless sculpt on Antoinette body - LE100).

  1. Pretty dolls...I really like that dress style (although I'm a little tired of red, personally). Is the 16" Breathless version on an Antoinette body? Was the head shrunken down at all? Sorry, just curious questions from nosy me! :)

  2. The new doll is the last one facing frontward, correct? Will she be available for sale to the general public and what will her price be? I am liking the smaller dolls, as I just began to collect Tiny Kitty...takes up less space///

  3. The little doll is wonderful! Is there any chance that she and Tiny Kitty will be able to share some outfits even though TK is much shorter?

  4. This new 13" doll is not available to the public unless extras are available after convention (the 13" doll is shown last in this post). We will be introducing a line of 13" Revlon Dolls later this year. She is much larger than the 10" Tiny Kitty doll and cannot share clothes. The 16" doll is on the Antoinette body; the head is 'Breathless' re-scaled to fit the Antoinette body. No announcement has been made if the 'Breathless/Antoinette' sculpt variant will later be made available.

  7. Frankly I was completely excited when I heard you would be doing a new Revlon doll, but I must say I'm a bit disappointed! I was hoping you would have stayed with the 50's styling of fashions. I had the 10-1/2" Revlon doll as a child and was hoping to be thrilled.
RT - she's lovely, but to me she looks like Sydney and I was seeing the new Revlon from you more of a cross between Brenda Starr and Crissy. Don't get me wrong, she's lovely, but from you was expecting better and more in keeping with the original. Just call me nostalgic! :)

  8. Love, love, love the Breathless sculpt in Antoinette-body size!! I think this was the moste beautiful doll of the whole convention! There were others that were cool in different ways (Steampunk dolls were awesome!), but this one is the hands-down prettiest in my opinion. :)

  10. I'm definitely excited to see the new Revlon line but do have to agree that a more 50's authentic look would have been fabulous!!
